A Global Perspective on Technology Leadership
Born in Nepal and shaped by leadership across four continents, I have spent my career architecting platforms, building engineering organizations, and leading companies through growth and acquisition.
Over 25+ years leading engineering and product organizations, I have deployed enterprise solutions across 150+ Fortune 1000 companies in financial services and insurance, healthcare, retail, technology, government, and defense. Along the way that work has included a 75% reduction in infrastructure cost at scale and a 5x acceleration in deployment velocity.
From scaling global teams (10s to 100s of engineers, with 95% retention) to building AI platforms processing 100K+ full-workflow daily transactions, my work spans strategy, product, and hands-on technical execution. Earlier in my career I was a Gartner analyst in the information security and risk group, where I coined the term “SIEM.”
